I am a researcher, policy advocate, and campaign strategist based in Los Angeles, California.

I have spent much of my career challenging corporate and state control of technology, and have worked with tech accountability organizations like Accountable Tech, Check My Ads Institute, The Governance Lab at NYU, and Aapti Institute. I have researched and written about platform power and antitrust, biometric and gig worker surveillance, carceral technology, and reproductive privacy.

• Counter-surveillance and community capacity building — how can we document invisible and visible surveillance infrastructure that shapes urban life through photography and narrative storytelling?
• Speculative technology — how can we imagine and build a future beyond Big Tech? how can build alternative infrastructure to help people re-negotiate their relationships with technology?
